IMPLAUSIBLE REASONS FOR THE RETURN:
- Small differences in the material.
All our products are submitted to a strict quality control during all manufacturing process. The products are made with natural leathers, so any nuances’ modifications or micro superficial imperfections, when they do not clearly derive from damage or injury due to production or packaging, can never be considered as defects.
On the contrary, they represent characteristic details that guarantee the exclusive value of the product and the excellence of the leather used, as well as the treatments reserved for it.
- Different color than imagined.
All the articles present on the website www.rehard.it correspond exactly to the images in the specific schedule. Any color variations from the screen to reality can be attributed to subjective perceptions and to the specific settings of the users’ monitor.
This same rule is also valid for the accessories finish, and the galvanic used.
Each bag is described in detail and accompanied by a data sheet with measurements of height, length and depth. The customer will then be able to make the necessary evaluations on the desired size, if he is intentioned to place the order.
IF THE CUSTOMER HAS OTHER REASONS TO REURN AN ITEM, NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, CAN EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Legislative Decree 206/2005) BY ADDRESSING A COMMUNICATION TO :

The return, then, must be approved by our staff once the goods return to the Company.
NOW FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RETURN:
- After sending the return form by email (that you received by our mail confirmation) and receiving the return acceptance, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels attached and intact.
- Enter your personal area using the 'Enter' button at the top right. On the left menu, you will find some options; please select the first option, 'HISTORICAL AND ORDER DETAILS' to continue the return procedure. Then click on 'DETAILS' in reference to the order that contains the item you want to return.
- You will see the list of items contained in the order and delivered to the address you specified: simply click on the item you wish to return to select it.
- Fill in the empty field that refers to 'RETURNED GOODS' and simply write the reasons why you do not want to keep the purchased item; then INDICATE THE DATE OF THE EMAIL YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SENT TO REHARD DISTRIBUZIONE S.r.L. (otherwise we will not accept the request until we receive the notification by email).
- After our approval via email, prepare the goods you want to return inside the box received from REHARD.IT (or a box with the same characteristics of strength and size).
- As soon as your return is accepted by www.rehard.it, you will be contacted by e-mail and you will be provided with all the necessary information to proceed with the return of the package.
The return costs are at the at the customer's expense, unless differently indicated on the site, or during special promotions.
Our return service costs € 9 in Italy and up to € 30 in the rest of Europe.
This cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you can also choose to use your own trusted courier to return the goods. In this case, you will be directly responsible for the shipping costs.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we accept your return within 3 working days from the delivery date to the warehouse. We remind you that we can only refund products correctly returned. If your return does not fit the parameters listed, REHARD.IT will not be able to make a refund and the package will be sent back to you.

You can only ship your returned item from the Country where you placed your order.
Remember not to remove the safety cord from the product, if you want to return it. Returned items without the safety cord will not be refunded.
