How to return

How to return has created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. 

You can return any item purchased on within 30 working days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
  • 'Sign in' and enter to your personal area. In this page, on the left side, you will find the 'ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS' section. Click on it, to start the return procedure. In this page, click then on the 'DETAILS' button, related to the order you want to return and select the item with a flag, in the section below your address. Please, fill in also the 'MERCHANDISE RETURN' section and specify with a comment the reason why you want to return the whole order or just some items.
  • Print the return label that you will receive per e-mail from our Customer Care Service.
  • Prepare the package and stick the DHL label (only for CEE countries) on the Rehard box (or any other solid, rigid carton box) over the prior delivery information.
  • Follow the instruction that you've received by e-mail, together with the shipment label, to schedule the pick-up of your parcel.

N.B.: the refund doesn't includes import-export fees.

Return shipping costs 9€ with our UPS courier.
You can choose a different courier if you prefer. In this case, the payment of the shipping and any theft or loss that might occur are under your own responsability.

Please note that we can only refund properly returned products.

Please note that we can only refund goods whose return have been accepted by our customer service.

Should the returned goods not meet the requirements listed, will not be able to issue a refund and will send the package back to you.

Please also remember that: 

You can only send the goods to be returned from the country in which you have placed the order.

Remember not to remove the blue safety cord from the garment if you wish to return it. Products returned without this cord will not be refunded.
