Rehard.it is the only website authorized to sell official "Rehard" products.

All the products offered therein are therefore original and purchased directly from the manufacturer. Rehard is the official dealer of all the products and brands on this website. The products sold are, therefore, accurately selected according to strict quality control standards.

Rehard.it makes it possible for customers to purchase only garments already available in stock. It is not possible to order items that are not already available. Consequently, any order containing an item that, in the meantime, has become unavailable, even by mere mistake, will be cancelled.

The contract is finalized as soon as rehard.it receives the order sent by the Customer via computer. As soon as the contract is finalized, rehard.it commits to sending the ordered products to the customer, under the terms and restrictions listed in the present document, by always reserving the right to refuse orders from customers without adequate solvency guarantees or not falling within the "final consumer" category or, finally, if for any reason the ordered product is not available for sale.

All the provisions of the present Terms of Sale are accepted unconditionally upon Order confirmation and the Customer commits to respecting them in his/her relations with rehard.it.

Therefore, by placing the Order, the Customer confirms that he/she is fully aware of and fully accepts these Terms, as well as other information to be found in the webpages listed here and/or those whose link is provided.

1 - Payment

1.1 Payment methods

The item purchased must be paid upon order confirmation by using the following methods: credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Credit card
There are no commissions or risks. Credit card data is encrypted during transmission and managed directly by the PayPal payment platform we use: rehard.it will never be able to access it in any way.

Pay Pal
Using PayPal is easy. PayPal does not require financial and/or personal information to be shared at every purchase.
To pay with PayPal, all you need to do is create an account, confirm your e-mail address and add a payment method to the account itself. 

Bank Transfer
Rehard.it also accepts Bank Transfers.
The bank details needed to complete the transaction successfully will be shown at the time of payment.
We will ship your order when the transfer will be credited to our account.
It is important to indicate the order number you will find in the order confirmation e-mail in the reason for payment.
We remind customers who use this payment method that, should the Bank Transfer not be credited to our bank account within 4 (four) business days (Italy) and 8 (eight) business days (foreign countries) from order placement, rehard.it will reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery option is not available outside Italy. Rehard.it offers the possibility to pay by cash on delivery, with fixed costs of 5,9 Euros and only for order not superior to €999 (just for Italy). In the case that the delivery of an item paid by COD will not succeed for reasons due to the Customer, rehard.it reserves the right not to follow up a new order with the same payment terms. We also would like to remind our customers to wait DHL with the exact cash amount: the courier does not have the possibility to change money, so, if it will not be possible to pay the exact amount, the delivery will not be successful.

NB: We remind you that the total amount of your order cannot exceed €2.999.

2 - VAT exemption and import taxes

2.1 Price for customers living in Italy and EU countries

Product prices published on rehard.it website reflect the actual selling price of goods and include VAT.

2.2 Price for customers living outside the EU

Product prices published on the rehard.it website reflect the actual selling price including VAT and the Tax Free price. Therefore, in case of orders to be dispatched to non-EU countries, the total amount will be automatically calculated online by subtracting VAT. The final invoice will reflect the VAT exemption.

2.3 Import Taxes

From 1° January 2021 

Brexit: ATTENTION Duties to be paid by the customer from UK will be payable by the final customer

Depending on each State's internal rules, shipments to non-EU countries are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), but are subject to import fees (DDU - Delivery Duties Unpaid). 

The final customer is fully responsible for the payment of these import taxes (DDU).

Product prices published on the rehard.it website reflect the actual selling price including VAT and do NOT include import taxes (which are based on each State's internal rules). Should VAT not be due, the system will deduct it from the total amount upon order placement.

3 - Shipping

3.1 Shipping rates - Italy

UPS is our official courier for deliveries to Italy.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated upon order confirmation and included in the same.
Delivery times depend on the goods' geographical destination. All deliveries to Italy normally occur within 24/48 hours from the shipment day (excluding holidays).
Delivery times to Europe, instead, range between 48 and 72 hours from the date of shipment (excluding holidays).
Finally, shipments outside Europe normally take 2 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.
Orders received during the weekend (i.e. from Friday afternoon to Sunday night) will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Delivery times are, in any case, approximate and not binding.

3.2 Shipping rates - Foreign countries

UPS is our official courier for deliveries to foreign countries.
As required by trade laws, an official invoice stating the value of individual items in EURO is attached to all rehard.it shipments. Concerning items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Note that rehard.it reserves the right to offer special terms or promotions on shipping fees, which will be properly reported on the website in predetermined periods.

3.3 Shipping date

Orders are shipped by rehard.it from Monday to Friday 8:30 -14: 00, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

3.4 Available products: immediate shipment

Orders are shipped on the first business day after the order placement date.

3.5 Items no longer available

In case a product already ordered is no longer available, rehard.it commits to sending an e-mail to the customer to inform him/her that the ordered item cannot be sent.
The customer will then be allowed to choose whether to have the full amount credited to his/her account or credit card as soon as possible or replace the garment.
By accessing their personal area directly, Customers can view information about the status of their order.

3.6 Shipment traceability

As soon as an order is shipped, rehard.it sends Customers an e-mail with the tracking number provided by UPS. Customers can track the status of their order directly on their personal area or by visiting www.ups.com.
After the shipment of the order, rehard.it sends its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by UPS (or other couriers). Customers can follow the status of their order directly on the control panel on personal area or by entering the site www.ups.com. The web page displayed will show an exact and up-to-date product tracking of your shipment.

3.7 Shipping insurance

Rehard.it shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance loses its validity once the goods have reached their final destination.

3.8 Authorized Delivery

Once they receive the goods, customers are kindly asked to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery. 
Should the package look tampered with for any reason, customers are kindly asked to sign conditionally or reject the delivery.
In case the goods have been accepted with an unauthorized signature or the package has been evidently tampered with, customers are kindly asked to immediately report the fact and contact rehard.it at order@rehard.it within 5 days.

If, for any reason, the goods cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the Customer him/herself will likely have to pay for the return of the package to the sender. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by rehard.it.

3.9 Shipping documents

As required by international trade regulations, all rehard.it shipments are managed by the company Rehard Distribuzione Srl from Mason Vicentino (VI) through an official invoice stating the exact value in EURO of the items shipped.
It is illegal to state amounts lower than the actual ones or request that items are listed as gifts.

4 – Coupon and discounts

4.1 Coupons

If you have a personal discount code, you can use it upon payment by typing it into the dedicated "coupon" section.
This will allow you to get a discount on purchases equal to the value of your coupon or a discount percentage on purchases.

4.2 Other possible promotions and discount codes

Other promotions or discount codes can be offered depending on what reported on the pages of the www.rehard.it website.

5 - Website Policy

5.1 Online items and pictures

Rehard.it and Rehard Distribuzione Srl decline all responsibility in case product colors displayed on the website are slightly different from the original ones because of a particular configuration of the Customer's computer or its malfunctioning.
The pictures hosted on the rehard.it website are the property of Rehard Distribuzione Srl.
Any use of such pictures not authorized by Rehard Distribuzione Srl through written consent will be prosecuted by law.

5.2 Product availability

Once an order request is received, the Order Department of rehard.it reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the goods purchased and verify the validity of the transaction and the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on rehard.it.

In case the ordered items are not available, or if, for some reason, the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request, the Order Department of rehard.it will promptly notify the Customer him/herself.

5.3 Legal terms

This notice contains the legal terms and conditions governing the rehard.it website.
By accessing the rehard.it website, users agree to accept and comply with all the conditions contained in this document.
Rehard.it reserves the right to ask the Users who do not accept, or do not wish to comply with these terms, to avoid using the rehard.it website.
Access to the site and the related services is intended solely for personal use.
The rehard.it website gives Customers information about the offered products, as well as the opportunity to purchase them.

5.4 Property / Copyright & Trademark

Rehard.it and all its content is the property of Rehard Distribuzione Srl.
This includes documentation, pictures, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material on this website is protected by copyright.
For this reason, any reproduction, modification, transmission, publication or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is forbidden unless explicitly authorized by Rehard Distribuzione Srl in writing.
Rehard Distribuzione Srl does not authorize the use of the website's content or brands for any other purpose than the ones written above.

5.5 Business policy

Rehard Distribuzione srl reserves the right to reject an order in case its bank is not able to receive verification from the Customer's bank. Rehard Distribuzione Srl reserves the right to reject orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.

5.6 Final customers

Rehard Distribuzione Srl has created and published the rehard.it website in order to offer a service exclusively reserved for its Customers.
The products sold on the rehard.it website are intended for the Final Consumer.
Rehard Distribuzione Srl defines the Final Customer as a natural person acting for purposes not related to his/her business or professional activity, which may include (but not be limited to) the resale of goods purchased on rehard.it.
Therefore, Rehard Distribuzione Srl invites all users that do not fall within the Final Customer category to refrain both from trying to establish business relationships with Rehard Distribuzione Srl and sending purchase orders of products sold by Rehard Distribuzione Srl with the help of third parties.
In view of the business policy described above, Rehard Distribuzione Srl reserves the right not to process orders not intended for the Final Consumer or orders that do not comply with the above-mentioned sales policies.

In order to place orders on rehard.it, Customers must:

1. be at least 18 years old.
2. Meet the requirements needed to sign legally binding contracts.
3. Have a valid e-mail address.

5.7 Disclaimer

Rehard Distribuzione srl declares the following

• The Company publishes information on its website in order to provide a service to its customers.
• The Company, however, declines all responsibility concerning technical, factual and/or typographical errors for which immediate correction is expected upon reporting.
• The company also reserves the right to correct and modify the website whenever it deems it necessary, without prior notice.

5.8 Italian Law

The website rehard.it, by complying with the Italian law and, in particular, the Vicenza Court, states the following:
"Users who access this site agree that all matters relating to the use of the rehard.it website shall be governed by the applicable law of the Italian State. They also declare that, for the issues mentioned above, they will be subject to the Court of Vicenza exclusively. Rehard Distribuzione Srl does not guarantee in any way that the website's content complies with regulatory requirements in force in other countries.
It is expressly forbidden to access the rehard.it website from places where their contents are considered illegal. Users who choose to access the website from such countries are fully aware of the legal consequences and sanctions they might be subject to and will be solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
