FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1) Which countries can I buy from?

It is possible to buy from Italy and Europe. Sales and shipments from the site in "ITALIAN" language (www.rehard.it) are reserved only to the National territory, while for shipments to the rest of Europe you must access the site www.rehard.it by selecting the language "ENGLISH" from the menu at the top left.

 

2) How can I make a return?

After carrying out the procedure indicated on the site and receiving authorization, you can make a return by accessing your Personal Area, on the “Returns & Changes” section on the top left side, by clicking "New Request"; then, select the order number containing the material to be returned and follow the guided procedure.

Print the return label that you will receive by e-mail and paste it outside the package containing the items to be returned. Contact DHL by phone or through the DHL website to book the pickup. (Remember to seal the package on all sides).

3) Can I return or change only some items of my order?

You can only return part of an order, just write in the notes section of the return form which items you want to return.

 

4) I am not a registered customer. How do I fill out the return application?

You can fill out the return application by clicking on the 'Request return' button on the Homepage. Here you will have to write your e-mail address (the same one you used to purchase) and your order number by clicking on 'Send Request'. In this way, you can start your return procedure even if you are not a registered customer.

 

5) How long does it take to receive the money back after a return?

Once we receive your returned item, the REHARD staff will check that all criteria have been met. If so, you will receive a confirmation email. If, on the other hand, there is a decrease in value of the returned items, you will be informed of the value of the reduced compensation by way of a reduction. In any case, the refund will be made within 14 days of the return of the goods, net of the return costs.

 

6) I can't find my Country among those available for registration or shipping, how do I do it?

Make sure you are on www.rehard.it/eng and that you have set your language to “Italian”. If you still can't find your Country, please contact us by writing an email to info@rehard.it.

 

7) How is the Coupon/Discount Code working?

The Coupon Code/Discount is a personal secret code, made up of letters and numbers, which can be sent to the customer by e-mail. This code corresponds to a coupon with the same value of the returned goods (in case of return), or of a different value due to ongoing promotions. It is expendable only on the website www.rehard.it and is not refundable in cash.

To use the Discount Coupon you must select the item(s) you want, put it in your shopping cart and enter it. Here, below the summary of the items you selected for purchase, you will find the appropriate field "APPLY DISCOUNT", where you can enter the code you have: in this way the system will calculate and apply the discount associated with the code. To proceed with the purchase simply click on the "CHECK-OUT" button.

The Coupon/Discount Code has a valid expiry date and can be used only once.

 

8) I have problems with the payment on Paypal and I can't complete the Paypal procedure.

Please write an email to: communication@rehard.it and we will solve your problem as soon as possible. Alternatively you can proceed with a different payment (Bank transfer or check).

 

9) Can I request an exchange of the purchased goods?

If your purchase has marked and objective defects, you can request an exchange by activating the return procedure and returning the goods by following the specific procedure. We will send you a personal discount voucher for the same amount containing a promotional code valid for your next purchase.
